6/16/2019 Dan: 22 miles.  87 miles for the week. Did Bear Canyon to Bear to SoBo down to Green and back to Bear and SoBo and to home. 87 miles for the week!

6/15/2019 Dan: 12 miles.  All the way up to Marshall then Mesa and loop back to Upper Bluestem and to Marshall road back home.  Fast, hot.

6/14/2019 Dan: 10 miles Bluestem to Mesa and back to Marshall

6/13/2019 Dan: 9 miles Bluestem Fast.

6/12/2019 Dan: 10 miles, blue stem to mesa and down and back to Marshall

6/11/2019 Dan: 12 miles. Beautiful running weather.
